Grands Gateaux



Opéra:

 A coffee and rum flavoured French Génoise sponge layered with a chocolate Ganache and coffee flavoured butter cream finished with a dark chocolate glaze, hand crafted chocolate tiles and a message of your choice.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
       
Fraisier:

 A French Génoise sponge flavoured with vanilla syrup, layered with fresh strawberries and a mousseline cream, topped with a dark chocolate glaze. The cake is also laced with fresh strawberries and can be personalised with a message of your choice.

Andalousie:

A French Génoise sponge flavoured with vanilla syrup, layered with a chocolate Ganache and a lemon custard cream finished with a dark chocolate glaze and a message of your choice.


                       
Pleyel:
                       
A rich chocolate sponge cake that  will melt in your mouth. The secret ingredient is in using ground almond instead of flour.  The cake is finished with a dark chocolate Ganache, hand crafted dark and white chocolate tiles and a message of your choice.                                               
Tarte au citron:

A sweet shortcust pastry filled with  a lemon French custard. The tart can also be personnalised with a message of your choice.
 
Tarte au chocolat:

A sweet  shortcrust pastry  filled with  a French dark chocolate custard. The tart can also be personnalised with a message of your choice.
Tarte aux fruits rouges:

A sweet shortcrust pastry filled with either  pastry cream  or bakewell cream and topped with  red berries.

Bûche de Noël:

It is a traditional dessert served during Christmas. A French Génoise sponge covered with either chocolate, coffee or vanilla buttercream or even a chocolate Ganache. The cake is rolled and frosted on the outside with either dark chocolate, coffee or vanilla.
